The event featured vibrant performances including a medley of SCO dances and songs, Chinese martial arts, and ethnic instrumental music. The dynamic displays showcased participating nations' cultural diversity and youthful vitality, reflecting students' cross-cultural understanding while epitomizing the SCO's founding principle—the "Shanghai Spirit" of "respecting diverse civilizations and pursuing common development" among the younger generation.
The cultural bazaar featured three thematic sections: "Harmonious China" with stone-rubbing art and Peking Opera experiences; "Tianjin's River-Sea Heritage" highlighting Yangliuqing New Year paintings and dough figurines; and "SCO Cultural Gallery" displaying country-specific artifacts. Using the kaleidoscope as a cultural metaphor, the bazaar created a multifaceted exchange platform promoting mutual learning among SCO youth and building momentum for the upcoming SCO Summit.
The "Chinese Bridge" delegation is a flagship program exclusively funded by CLEC. The "SCO Rendezvous·Tianjin's Cultural Gems Along Silk Road" series represents a strategic initiative by TNU to support diplomatic framework and advance international Chinese education. Leveraging this platform,TNU will deepen comprehensive cooperation with higher education institutions across SCO nations. This effort contributes to building people-to-people connectivity and furthers the development of a SCO community with a shared future. As the lead organizer, TNU remains committed to establishing global educational exchange platforms, ensuring the SCO's founding principle—the "Shanghai Spirit"—takes root and flourishes among the younger generation.
