On April 11, the 2nd "Telling Chinese Stories in English" contest was held in Tianjin Normal University (TNU) with over 200 students and faculty members participating in the event.
Zhong Yinghua, president of the International Society for Chinese Language Teaching (ISCLT), vice-director of the Science, Technology and Education Committee of the CPPCC Tianjin Municipal Committee and dean of the International Chinese Education Development Research Institute, and Tong Dezhi, TNU's vice-president, attended the event and delivered speeches.
