Chen Pancheng, deputy secretary of the CPC TNU Committee, conducted exchanges with the recruiters about the recruitment needs, market positioning, and development status of each employer at the activity site.
The job fair set up three on-site themed zones: the policy service and promotion area, the employment guidance and counseling area, and the postgraduate study and overseas study guidance area. These zones were staffed by outstanding alumni employment mentors, career guidance counselors, and professional consultants from the career development advisory office of the university, providing targeted consulting services for graduates to help them smoothly embark on their career paths.

"Through the job fair, we found that graduates are no longer confined to traditional popular industries, but are placing more emphasis on their personal interests and career development potential. Companies in fields such as education, biomedicine, new energy, and the internet have gained popularity among a large number of students, with the innovative vitality and development prospects of these industries becoming important factors to attract young people. We will further explore paths to enhance employability, improve the alignment between talent cultivation at the university and societal demands, and enhance the employment competitiveness of graduates," said Huang Hui, the "employment promotion officer" from the School of Life Sciences of TNU.
